Villa by the Bay is a privately owned villa located in Calatrava, a 1st class municipality in the province of Negros Occidental, Philippines. I

t is three hours away from Bacolod City by public utility vehicles and approximately two-and-a-half hours by private car. Bacolod City is the entry point to Negros Occidental. By air, Bacolod is 45 minutes from Manila and 25 minutes from Cebu.

Philippine Airlines has three daily flights from Manila and and a daily flight from Cebu.

Air Philippines and Cebu Pacific Airways also have two daily flights from Manila.  The villa has 4 residential units with an ocean view for a family vacation, couples getaway or honeymoon hideaway.

The beach is only 5 meters away from your doorstep.Each residential unit has fully-furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining room. The kitchen is complete with kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, rice cooker, gas oven, and other modern cooking appliances. T

1 1/2 hour away from Mambucal Resort. Thermal springs are a common sight in the area which is believed to cure skin diseases. Waterfalls are abundant in the area. Mambucal is also an entrance site of the a 5-day trek to the volcano crater of Mt. Canlaon. Organized mountain climbing are usually done during Holy Week by the different mountaineering clubs in the province.
